Standard Warranty 3 YEARS
RDX products come with a 3-year send-back warranty as standard.

If your device breaks down, please contact the store where you purchased the product. If it is within the warranty period, we will return the repaired product, a replacement product or the diagnosed NDF(No Defect Found) unit.

For On-Site Service or Extended Warranty Service
If you want On-Site Service or Extended Warranty Service, please ask the reseller(store) or system provider you purchased our RDX product if they provide On-Site Service / Extended Warranty Service or not.
